What's stopping you?

From telling that person you like them. Putting your name in the hat for a job opportunity. Starting a new workout. Getting more positive. The list goes on.

Make a change. Start. I firmly believe in small changes.

Decide to workout one more day a week . Eat in for one meal. What these small things both accomplish is two-fold. Saving money, becoming more disciplined- feeling better about yourself.

In 2019 my goal is all about trying new things and pushing myself. In the past month I've gone to new shows, new workouts and new restaurants. What is something you've done to step your game up?
